AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF PULASKI COUNTY HOSPITAL TRACT OF LAND
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a tract of land beginning at the Northeast corner
of Brown and West 32nd Streets, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at
the intersection of the west and south property lines of the Pulaski
County Hospital tract of land; thence north along the east line of Brown
Street 375 feet; thence due east at right angles thereto 400 feet; thence
due south at right angles approximately 295 feet, more or less, to the
north right -of -way line of West 32nd Street; thence in a northwesterly

direction along the north right -of -way line of West 32nd Street 405 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said tract of land beginning at the
northeast corner of Brown and West 32nd Streets of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
