AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING EAST THIRTY -SEVEN (37) FEET OF LOTS SEVEN
(7) AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED THIRTY -FIVE (335), ORIGINAL
CITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY YHtE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That East Thirty -Seven (37) Feet of Lots Seven
(7) and Eight (8), Block Three Hundred Thirty -Five (335), Original
City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1302 West 2nd Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in Commercial 'IF" District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said East Thirty -Seven (37) Feet
of Lots Seven ( 7 ) and E'ir°,ht (8), Block Three Hundred Thirty -Five (335),
Original City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the Commercial "F" District.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
