AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 ESTABLISH-
ING TVVENTY -SEVEN (27) FEET AS THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT
TO BE INSTALLED ON CERTAIN STREETS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCS, ARKANSAS:

ermit "' he installation of pavement widths and over -all
widths of twenty -seven (27) feet, including twenty -four
(24) inch roll type curb and gutters, on the following
streets:
Van Buren Street from 18th to 20th Street
Franklin Street from 18th to 20th Street
Jackson Street from 16th to 20th Street
Monroe Street from 16th to 20th Street
West 18th Street from Monroe to Harrison Street
Princeton Drive from Jackson Street to the West
boundary of Pine Forest Addition.
SECTION 2. That all o rdinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
