AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING SOUTH FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOTS EIGHT (8) AND
NINE (9), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED FORTY -SIX (346), ORIGINAL CITY, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
8649; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

' and Nine (9), Blbek Three Hundred Forty -Six (346), Original City, Little.
Rock, Arkansas, being 1404 West 8th Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said South Fifty (50) Feet of Lots
Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block Three Hundred Forty -Six (346), Original City,
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
lbereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commdrei Di*ti-iet.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 8649 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall t ake- effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
