AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ONE (1), GARDEI.1 HOMES ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAP \AS, AMENDIING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED AMID
ORDINANCE NO. 8626; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIP\D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot One (1), Garden Homes Addition to the City
Little Rock, Arkansas, being Boyce, 15th, and Fletcher Streets,
retofore classified and zoned as "K" Heavy Industrial District under
e terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, and reclassified to ttD" One - Family
District under terms of Ordinance No. 8626, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "Kt' Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof and Ordinance No. 8626, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot One (1), Garden
Homes Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the-"K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
