AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF MLTO
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC
TYPEWRITER FOR USE BY THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PUMSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY -OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase an electric typewriter for use by the Purchasing
Department of the City of Little, -Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such typewriter shall
not exceed $385.00 less a trade -in.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
