AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $400.00 FROM THE PARK
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of 1400.00
from the Park Construction Fund, for the payment of the following
bill:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Artie Gregory

SECTION 2. The 'Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant to the party named, in
the amount mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
