BE FT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase
sixteen hundred (1600) feet of Creosoted Yellow pine Lumber at a
total cost not to exceed the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($350.00), for use by the Street Department of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
