ORDINANCE NO. 8682
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. $04
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a majority of the Board of Commissioners of
Street Improvement District No. 586 of Little Rock, Arkansas, duly
appointed by Ordinance No. 8404, qualified and acting, has reported
to the City Council that it is not feasible or economical to pro-
ceed with the construction of the improvements contemplated by said
District; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have further reported that all
expenses incurred by said District have been fully settled and paid
and that it is to the best interests of the property owners of said
District and of said District that the District be dissolved and
the project abandoned and the Commissioners discharged; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:

SECTION 1. That S. E. Browning, J. B. Mcllroy, and T. H.
Thompson, Commissioners of Street Improvement District

No. 586 of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and they are hereby d1 scharged
from any and all duties as such Commissioners and that said District
Y
be and the same is hereby abandoned and dissolved.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 8404 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
In force from and after its passage.
