AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK ONE (1), MARSHALL AND
COFFMAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Marshall and
Coffmm's Addition to the City of Little Reek, Arkansas, being 812 Brown
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the
teams of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Four (4), Block One (1),
Marshall and Coffman's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
