ORDINANCE NO. 8687
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH FIFTY -FIVE (55) FEET OF LOT ONE (1),
BLOCK THREE (3), CUNNINGHAM'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North Fifty -Five (55) Feet of Lot One (1),

lteing 801 Jefferson Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 54209 is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the some is hereby declared to tie in "C" Two Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are heresy amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said North Fifty -Five (55) Feet of
Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little
Reek, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to tie hereafter
known and classified as lseing in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and ire in force
from and after its passage.
