AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND TWELVE (12),
BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), KIMBALLS SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Ten (1Q), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12),
Block Seventeen (17), Kimballs South Park Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, toeing 2500 State Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 542010
is heresy rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two— Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Mar thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to ;permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11),
and Twelve (12), Block Seventeen (17), Kimballs South Park Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two—
Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
