AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 4504 OF
THE LITTLE ROCK BUILDING CODE AS TO THE REPLACEMENT OR
CONSTRUCTION OF A MARQUEE ON THE BUILDING ON LOPS 4, 5,
6, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OP LOTS 7, 8 AND 9 OF BLOCK 290
OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 4504 of the Little Rock Building
Code be waived as to the replacement and construction of a marquee
on the building on Lots 4. 59 6, and the West 10 feet of Lots 7,
8 and 9 of Block 290 of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and that the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to replace
and construct a marquee of a greater length than 15 feet and not
of the V -type.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
