AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
CONCRETE AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED THREE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (0350.00) FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF A FLOOR IN THE MONKEY HOUSE AT THE Z00,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and pur-
chase concrete for the construction of a floor at the monkey
house at the zoo, at a total cost not to exceed Three Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($350.00), for use by the Parks and Recrea-
tion Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
