AN ORD ANCE ESTABLISHING STREET INP'ROV.. UNT DISTRICT
NO. 522 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
VMREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the real property located within
the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purposes here-
inafter set out; and
WAS, after due notie& as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties
desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory;
NOW# THEREFORE, BE I`l' ORDAINED by the City Council of
the Uity of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Blocks 33 and 40,
All in Cherry & Cox Addition;
War of N *of Lot 4, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition,
except the North 3.3 feet of the West 112 feet
of said lot;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, J. C. Robinson's Sub-
division of the S�, of Lot 4, Block 2, Hyde Park
Addition;
North 15 feet of wJ of Lot 5, Block 2, Hyde park
Addition;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving,
in such a manner and with such materials as the commissioners to be
elected for the said improvement district shall deem to be for the
best interest of said district, the following part of the following
street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
HAHRISON STREET from the South line, projected Last,
of Lot 6. Block 32, Cherry & Cox Addition, to the
South line, projected East, of Lot 6, Block 40,
Cherry 16 Cox Addition to the City of Little Rock;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any
agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described, provided the liability of
each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed benefits.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District

are hereby named commissioners, who shall conpose the Board of
Improvement for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
