AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEKENT OF
PORTIONS OF TYLER STR EET , HARRISON STREET, "K" STREET AND "J" STREET
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AT A WIDTH OF 28 FEET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the minimum width for paving the portions of Tyler,
Harrison, "K ", and "J" Streets described hereinafter is fixed by
Ordinance No. 3939 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,at a width

WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting upon said portions of
said streets desire to pave the same to a width of twenty -eight (28)
feet;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TN.F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE MOCK, ARi.AT\ ?S r.S :
SECTICiJ 1. That the width of the pavement of Tyler Street from
the north side of "K" Street to the south side of "J" Street; Harrison
Street from the south side of "L" Street to the north side of "I" Street;
"K" Street from the west side of Kavanaugh Boulevard tot he west side
of Tyler Street (excluding intersections of Tyler and Harrison Streets);
and "J" Street from the west side of Kavanaugh Boulevard tothe west
side of Tyler Street (excluding intersections of Tyler and Harrison
Streets) is hereby fixed at twenty -eight (28) feet from. back of curb
to back of curb.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3939 of the ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas,is her by amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
