ORDINANCE NO. 8712
AN ORDINANCE CANCELLING EXISTING LEASE AGREEMENTS
AND APPROVING NEW LEASE AGREP%TENTS TO CHICAGO AND
SOUTHERN AIR LINES, INC., BRANIFF AIR WAYS, INC.,
AND AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC., FOR CERTAIN PREMISES
AND PRIVILEGES AT THE LIT`T'LE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement of
cancellation, approval and attorriment in connection with
lease agreements between the City of Little Rock as
Lessor and Chicago and Southern Air Lines, Inc., Braniff
Air Ways, Inc., and Aiterican Airlines, Inc., as Eessees.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
