ORDINANCE NO. 8 713•
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00) FOR PAYMENT OF
ANNUAL DUES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO
THE AMERICAN MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATION OF CHICAGO,
ILLINOIS, COVERING THE YEAR OF 1951, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITT3&
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00) is hereby appropriated for payment of annual dues
of the City of Little Rock, ,Arkansas, to the American
Municipal Association of Chicago, Illinois; covering the
year of 1951.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant
in the sum of Four Hundred Dollars (4400.00) to the American
Municipal Association of Chicago, Illinois, in payment of
said annual dues.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
