RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), AND TWO (2), BLOCK TWO (2),
RETANS ADDITION: TO TTIE Gr"Pr OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS., AlIENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS A1,1EANDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES'.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TJE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lots One (1), and Two (2). Block (2),
Retans Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being Southeast
Corner of 25th and Arch Streets,, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commerdial District under terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof., are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1), and Two (2).
• Block (2), Retans Addition to-the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
And after its passage.
