W TWO (2) BU kDINGS ON LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK ONE (1), CHICKASAW PLACE
ADDITION TO TFE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Thirteen (13), Block One (1), Chickasaw
Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1924 South '
Woodrow Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family
District under the terns of said 'Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of
yard space and Lot Area requirements and two (2) buildings on one (1)
Lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning 14ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to hermit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot Thirteen (13), Block One (1),
Chickasaw Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "C ".Two— Family District with yard space and
Lot Area requirements and two (2) buildings on one (1) Lot waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
