AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYI?IG AND WAIVING FROPIT AND REAR YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS 0I1 WEST SEVEIUY -FIVE (75) FEET OF LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11),
AND TWELVE (12), BLOCK FORTY -ONE (41), ORIGINAL CITY ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AME1 DING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED- AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West Seventy -five Feet of Lots Ten (10),
Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Forty -one (41), Original City Addition
1 to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 315 East 6th Street heretofore
a
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "E" Apartment District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front-and rear yard space requirements
is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 54.20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of West Seventy -five (75) Feet of Lots Ten (10),
Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Forty -one (41) Original City Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "E" Apartment
1
District and with front and rear yard sT-ace waived as provided in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and he in
force from and after its passage.
