AN ORDINANCE REECLASSIFYING AIM WAIVING YARD SPACE A1D LOT AREA
REQUIM4ENTS ON SOUTH ONE- HUNDRED (100) FE ,,,T OF LOTS ELEVEN (11.) AND
TWELVE (12), BLOCK TWENTY TWO (22), JONES AND ORTHENS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LT"TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDT11TANCE NO. 5420 AS
A',k1R,1D=9 AND FOR OTHLR PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE /66t1A61L OF THE CITY OF LIT'"LE ROCK., AIUKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That South One 11.zndred (100) Feet of Lots
Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Twenty Two (22), Jones and Idorthens
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being Northwest Corner of
14th and Johnson ;Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space
and lot area requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of South One- Hundred (100) Feet of
Tiro
Lots Eleven (11)2 and Twelve (12), Block Twenty 22), Jones and Worthen
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section l
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
nCn Two - Family District, and with yard space and lot area requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall ta,-e effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
