AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF YARD SPACE REQUIRELTNTS ON LOTS
11 2 AND 31 BLOCK 226, ORIGINAL CITY; VENDING ORDINANCE NO.54201
AS MENDED; AND FM OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT allAMD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCK,
dRRAI�3A�:
SECTION 1. That waiver of yard space requirements on property
located at the Southeast corner of Vest Sixth and Izard Streets,
described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, in Block 226, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby granted to permit the construction
of a Church building to the North line of said property, and to
within four feet of the 'West line thereof, and to within four feet
of the East line thereof, and to within four feet of the South line
thereof.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the map attached thereto,
as amended, is hereby amended to permit the construction of said
building as outlined in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3V That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage.
