AN ORDINKNCE ACCEPTING TBB ANNEUTION OF CERTAIN
TERRITORY KNOWN AS PINE MOOR TO THE CITY of LITTLE
BOCK,.A UNaAS, MAKING SAID ANNEBATION 1 PART OF.
THE, FIFTH WARD, AND -FOR OTH1M PMeQSE&
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: .
SECTION 1. That the territory known as Pine Manor
annexed to the City of Little Rock by a Pulaski County Court
Order on the 23rd day of February, 1951, being more particular-
ly described as follows:
South one -half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter, Section 36, Township Two (2), North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, containing twenty (20)
acres more or less, being more particularly described
as:
j Lots Four (4), Five (5)t' Six (6)a Nine (9), Eleven

(11), East 50' of Lot T'wentr4our (24), Twenty -Five (25),

Twenty -Six f26), TwentT-Servew (27), Twenty -light '(28),
Twenty -Nine (29), Thirty (30), ThirtY- -Four (34). Thirty -
Five (35), Thirty - seven (37)s Forty -Three (43), Forty -
Four (44), Forty -Five (45), West 5O, of Lot Forty -Six
(46), Lot Fifty (50), Fifty -one (51), Fifty -Two (52),
Fifty -Three (53).. and Fifty -'our (54). all in Pine manor
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby accepted, are rued to and made a part of the City of
Little Rock, and im hereby made a part of the Fifth Ward of said
City.
SECTION 2. That all the streets and roads heretofore
dedicated and shown in the respective plats and bills of assur-
ance now on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder
are hereby accepted by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

SECTION 3. That all of the property annexed to
the City in this ordinance is hereby designated and zoned
as one family "B" classification pending rezoning by the
City Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. In order that
the citizens in the affected area may be given adequate
fire and police protection by the City of Little Rock, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
