AN ORDINANCE CREATING A POSITION OF ASSISTANT
CLERK IN THE CIVIL DIVISION OF THE LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL COURT, PROVIDING THE SALARY THEREFOR,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a position of Assistant to the
Clerk of the Civil Division of the Little Rock Municipal
Court is hereby created, and the salary thereof is
established as One Hundred and Thirty Dollars (130.00)
per month.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its paasage and approval.
