AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEMENT OF
A PORTION OF TYLER STREET DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AT A WIDTH OF
28 FEET. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the minimum Width for paving a portion of Tyler
Street described hereinafter is fixed by Ordinance No. 3939 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas at a width wider than twenty-
eight (28) feet; and
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting upon said portions
of said streets desire to pave the same to a width of twenty -eight
(28) feet;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of the pavement of Tyler Street
from the north side of "I" Street to the south side of "J" Street
is hereby fixed at twenty -eight (28) feet from back of curb to
back of curb.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3939 of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
