AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE OVERHEAD DOORS FOR STATION NO. 9 OF THE
LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT, AT A TOTAL COST
NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
(600.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY,COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKN SAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for and purchase overhead doors for Station No. 9 of
the Little Rock Fire Department, at a total cost not to
exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
