AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TARE BIDS FOR AND CONTRACT FOR THE
REPAIR OF AN ADAMS GRADER FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO
EXCEED THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (500.00),
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKJU SAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and con-
tract on behalf of the City of Little Rock for the repair of
an Adams Grader for use by the Street Department of the City
of Little Rock, at a total cost not to exceed the sin of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
