The Board of Public Affairs is hereby , authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell one 1939 model GMC Truck with Gallion Dump Bed, also one used Hercules Dump Bed. Price to be not less than yr400.00 for these units. SECTION 2. All - © rdinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
