WHEREAS, more that two- thirds in value of the property owners owning

Improvement District No. 590 cr°,anizad for th,3 purpose of grading,
draining, curbing, guttering, and paving Tyler Street from the north s -de
of "Ktt Street to t1 e south side of "J" Street; Harrison Street from ti,e
11 "...Street to the north side of "I" Street; "K" Street from
the west side of RI.vanaugh Boulevard to the west side of Tyler Street
(excluding intersections of Tyler and Harrison Streets); and "J" Street
from the west side of Kavanaugh Boulevard to the west side of Tyler Street
(excluding inter.sectione of Tyler and I-7arriscn Streets), have petitioned
t:ze City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction
of said lm,., r o and that t-he cost thereof be assessed upon the real
property of said District according to the 0enefits received; and
' :R <S, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and
parcel of real property situated in said District equals or, exceeds the
local assessment thereon; and
WEEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is Forty Thousand
Twenty -six Dollars and Thirty - ,three cents (x40,026.33).

SECTION 1. That the said .several bloc'�.s, lots and parcels of re=al
property in said District be assessed �3 ^cording to the a.ssess;nent list
for said im%.rovem:nt District as the sa . no'i. r 1.i:ns in the offi c; of
the City Clerk of Little Rock, "irk., and that six yoer cent. of the as-
sessment of and on e?ch of said blocks, lots and parcels of real property
shall be collected by the County Collector of Pulaski County, Ark., with
the first installment- of g nr-ral taxes b--coming due in t'r_'e year 1952 and
annually thereafter siV per cent. of said assessment shall be collected
with the first installment of general taxes until the whole of said
local assessment shall be paid.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 8715 of the City of Little Rock, 1,rk.

this ordinance shall ta'.k� eff >ct. and be in fierce frc'a and ` +.f ter its passage .
