SECTION 1. That lots Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), Block Twenty-
four (24), Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
2304 South Park Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" -lesidence
District, order the terns of Zoning 'Ordinance 110. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Or.-

.LON 2. That Ordinance NO. 5420 and the Zoning 1.ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby anended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said lots Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20),
Block Twenty -four (24), Adams Addition to the City of Little Roc:, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two- Fiamily District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
