• ORDINANCE N0. 87
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14),
JONES AND WORTHEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Eleven (11), Block Rourteen (14), Jones
and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
3204 West 13th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and the same is hereby declared to be in "C"
Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5,420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Eleven (11), Block
Fourteen (14), Jones and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force, from and after its passage.
