AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEMENT OF
A PORTION OF FILMORE STREET DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AT A WIDTH OF
31 FEET: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the width for paving a portion of Filmore Street
described hereinafter is fixed by Ordinance No. 3939 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a width narrower than thirty-
one (311) feet; and
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting upon said portions
of sa id street desire to pave the same to a width of thirty -one
(31t) feet;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of the pavement of Filmore Street
from the south side of West Twelfth Street to the north side of
West Sixteenth Street is hereby fixed at thirty -one (31t) feet
from back of curb to back of curb.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3939 of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
