AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 16 OF ORDINANCE N0.
8656, ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF LABORER AND
CREATING THE POSITION OF GARDEMs ESTABLISHING
THE SALARY RANGE THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

TION .l. That Range 10 of Section 16 of Ordinance
No. 8656 be and it is hereby amended by striking out the word
"Laborers in column 3 under the heading of War Memorial Park
and substituting therefor the word "Gardener*, thus abolishing
the position of laborer and creating that of gardener in Range
10 of Section 16, with a prescribed salary range of $135 to
$155•
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
