AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY KNOWN AS QUEEN MANOR ADDITION UNDER
THE TERMS OF ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8627;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all the property recently annexed to the City of
Little Rock, known as Queen Manor Addition to the City, heretofore
classified as One - Family "A" District under the terms of Ordinance No.
8627, is hereby reclassified and rezoned in its entirety, with the ex-
ception of Lots One, Two, Three, Four, Twenty -Five, Twenty -Six, Twenty -
Seven and Twenty- Eight, to Two - Family "C" District property under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51,20, as amended.
SECTION 2. That the said Lots One, Two, Three, Four, Twenty -five,
Twenty -six, Twenty - seven, and Twenty- eight, heretofore classified as
One- Family "A" District under the terms of Ordinance No. 8627 are hereby
reclassified and rezoned to Commercial "F" District property under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 8627 which automatically places all
_,. property in the One - Family "A" District is hereby amended to
conform to the provisions of Sections One and Two of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
