AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), BRADDOCK'S
BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDI!G ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AMENDING THE DESCRIPTION IN ORDINANCE NO. 8758; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.0F THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot three (3), Block fifteen (15), Braddock's
Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2609
Bishop Street, heretofore classified and zoned "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot three (3), Block fifteen
(15), Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That the description in Ordinance No. 8758 is hereby
amended to read as outlined in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
