AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF `�2,647.60 FR011I THE PARK
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
' ;22647.60 from the Park Construction Fund, for the payment of the
following bill:
Turner -McCoy 2,647.60
SECTION 2. The T:Iayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityts warrant to the party named, in the
amount mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
