(14), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), PFEIFER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS; LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND TWELVE (12), BLOCK ONE (1),
STRONG AND WATER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; LOTS
ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12), THIRTEEN (13), AND FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK (2),
STRONG AND WATER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AP?ENDING ORDINANCE No. 5420 AS A1..ENDED; ANlD FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY T LE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
y SECTION 1. That Lot Fourteen (14), Block (11)2 Pfeifer Addition
j to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11), and

Twelve (12), Block One (1), Strong and Water Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13),

j and Fourteen (14), Block Two (2)2 Strong and Water Addition to the
i

City of Little Rock-2 Arkansas; being located on the North side of
i `
arkham Street between Pierce and Polk Streets in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terris of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
i
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D"
Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance; provided
that any building hereafter erected shall meet all requirements as
outlined for "D" Apartment District in Or No. 5420; and pro-
vided also that said Building set back shall allow for the necessary
widening of 1� arkh.am Street as prescribed by the City Engineer of the
ICity of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning lap thereto
attached and Imade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Fourteen (14), Block
(11), Pfeifer Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lots
-- Ten (10)r Eleven (11), and Twelye (12), Block One (1), Strong and
Water Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar..ansas, Lots Eleven (11),
Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14), Block Two (2), Strong
and Water Addition to the Cit-, of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and. classified
as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That t-( -,is Ordinance shall take effect and. be in force
from and after its passace.
