AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE AND LOT AREA
REQUIREMENTS WITH CERTAIN PROVISIONS ON WEST THIRTY (30) FEET
OF LOT TWELVE (12) AND WEST THIRTY (30) FEET OF THE NORTH HALF
OF LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR (134), ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/{20 AS
AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE t,ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West thirty (30) feet of Lot twelve
(12) and the West thirty (30) feet of the North Half of Lot
eleven (11), Block one hundred thirty four (134), Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 713 West Second Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space and lot area requirements is hereby granted provided that
a ten foot setback from the property line on Second Street be
required.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the West thirty
(30) feet of Lot twelve (12) and the West thirty (30) feet of
the North Half of Lot eleven (11), Block one hundred thirty
four (134), Original.. City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "F" Commercial District and with yard
space and lot area requirements waived as provided in Section
1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
