AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT TO BALE CHEVROLET CCMPANY
A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT A BRIDGE ACROSS AN ALLEY
WHEREAS, Bale Chevrolet Company has petitioned the City
_Council of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a franchise to construct a
bridge across an alley for the purpose of connecting its properties;
and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for said bridge have
been filed with said petition:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Bale Chevrolet Company be, and it is
hereby, granted a franchise to construct a bridge across the alley
dividing its property located at 120 Broadway with its property
lying immediately to the West thereof; said bridge to be constructed
according to the plans and specifications submitted with the afore-
mentioned petition.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
