AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
AND SIXTY DOLLARS (360.00) PAYABLE TO J. C. HARDEht
INSURANCE AGENCY TO COVER BOND PREMIUM FOR CITY
TREASURER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

Dollars ($36o.00) is hereby appropriated, payable to J. C. Harder
Insurance Agency, to cover bond premium for the Treasures of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue the City's Warrant in payment of
said Three Hundred and Sixty Dollars (360.00) to J. C. Harder,
Insurance Agency.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be,in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
