ORDINANCE NO. 8810
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE BUILDING PERMIT FEES FOR
CHURCHES AND CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE SUCH PER-
MITS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the fees for building permits for
an y church or charitable institution are hereby waived, subject to
the approval of the Public Works Committee.
SECTION 2. That the City Engineering Department
is hereby authorized and instructed to handle the issuance of
said permits.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
January 1, 1952•
