AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
AND NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY -FIVE CENTS ($209.25) TO
PAY MEDICAL BILLS OF MAYNARD LEE, JR . , INJURED WHILE
RIDING ON A'TRACTOR- DRIVEN MOWER OWNED BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; INSTRUCTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
TO ISSUE THE CITY'S WARRANT THEREFOR TO MRS. MAYNARD
LEE, MOTHER OF MAYNARD LEE, JR.; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred and Nine
Dollars and Twenty -Fine Cents (4209. 25) be and it is hereby
appropriated for the purpose of paying medical bills incurred
by Master Maynard Lee, Jr., of 824 South Cleveland Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas, for treatment of his left foot which
was injured while he was riding on a City -owned tractor- driven
mower.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are.hereby directed to issue the City's warrant for
the sum of Two Hundred and Nine Dollars and Twenty -Five Cents
($209.25) payable to Mrs. Maynard Lee, mother and guardian of
Maynard Lee, Jr., to be used by her in defraying the medical
expense incurred in the treatment of Maynard Lee, Jr.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
