ORDINANCE NO. 8822
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE (9), BLOCK ELEVEN
(11), JONES AND WORTHEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots eight (8), and nine (9), Block eleven (11),
Jones and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
2908 and 2912 West Thirteenth Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots eight (8) and nine (9),
Block eleven (11). Jones and Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereaft ®r
known and classified as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
