AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK THREE (3), JOHNSON5 ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA&AS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED] AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot six (6). Block three (3), Johnson's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4420 West 13th Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under the terms
of said 'Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,.20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot six (6), Block three (3 ),
Johnsods Addition to the City of Little Ro,k�yArkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to'be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two— Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
