AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE , LOT AREA AND TWO
BUILDINGS ON LOT ONE (1), BLOCK NINE (9), GALLAGHERIS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDEDi
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot one (1).. Block nine (9), Gallagher's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2901 West 27th Street, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space, lot area and two
buildings on one lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance Teo. 5/,20 and the Zoning Y.ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot one (1). Block nine (9), Gallagher's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two - Family District and with yard space, lot area requirements waived
and two buildings on one lot as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
