AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF SCENIC HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND MAKING SAID
ANNEXATION A PART OF THE FIFTH WARD, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the territory annexed to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, by Pulaski County Court order on the 14th
day of January, 1952, and known as Scenic Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
The Southwest quarter (SW4) of the Northeast quarter
(NEI) of Section thirty (30), Township two (2) North,
Range twelve (12) West, except a triangular tract of
'i land described as follows : - Beginning at a point five (5j

chains South of the Northwest corner of said tract, tlavnce..
j North to the Northwest corner five (5) chains, thence East
six and fifty -one hundredths (6.51) chains, thence South-
west to the point of beginning,
is hereby accepted, annexed to and made a part of the City of
Little Rock and is hereby made a part of the Fifth Ward of said
City.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
