AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF GRAND VIEW
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF.LITTLE ROCK AND MAKING SAID
ANNEXATION A PART OF THE FIFTH WARD, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: -
SECTION 1. That the territory annexed to the City of z .

Little Rock, Arkansas, by Pulaski County Court-;order on the 14th
day of January, 1952, and Down as Grand View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
The South thirty (30) acres of the Southeast quarter
(SEJ) of the Northwest quarter (NW-1) of Section thirty
(30), Township two (2) North, Range twelve (12) West,
is hereby accepted, annexed to and made a part of the City of
Little Rock and is hereby made a part of the Fifth Ward of said
City.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
