AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) TRUCK CHASSIS FOR USE.BY THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AT A TOTAL
COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM.OF THREE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY _DOLLARS (431550.00), AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
.r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for
and purchase one (1) truck chassis for the use of the Fire
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the cost of such truck chassis
shall not exceed the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred and
Fifty Dollars 33,550-00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
