ORDINANCE NO. 8837
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR
AND CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST BIDDER FOR LIFE
INSURANCE FOR THE NON - UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for and contract with the lowest bidder for life insurance
for the non - uniformed employees of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
